Job summary

This role partners with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and other functions to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects across production and support processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve throughput, labor productivity, equipment utilization, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement process improvement roadmaps aligned with facility and business objectives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure improvement results.
• Quantify benefits: labor savings, downtime reduction, capacity gains, cost savings.
• Analyze production processes, staffing, material flow to identify constraints and waste.
• Conduct time studies, process observations, data analysis, capacity assessments.
• Improve production line balance, material flow, workstation layouts, and operating procedures.
• Partner with supervisors and frontline employees to identify practical improvement opportunities.
