Job summary

Bombardier US Aerostructures is seeking an Intern/Co-op in Continuous Improvement to support production decisions through data analysis and process improvements.

You will interact with 10–15 leaders, assist in coordinating tasks, and learn fundamentals of manufacturing operations while pursuing a degree in business. This internship offers hands-on experience in safety, quality, schedule, and cost priorities, with potential pathway toward supervision.

• Assist in coordinating work by assigning tasks to leaders and following up to ensure completion and accountability.
• Support production operations through an understanding of key manufacturing priorities, including safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
