MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a passionate and communicative Project Management Consultant to join our team and support our engagements in Gainesville, TX. This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) and will require you to work closely with client teams in a manufacturing and engineering environment.

What You’ll Do
As a Project Management Consultant at MP, you will play a critical role in supporting complex engineering and manufacturing programs. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting and implementing PMO frameworks and best practices within client organizations
- Managing and coordinating work packages in technical and functional environments
- Overseeing project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies within manufacturing programs
- Collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Supporting in-development programs, ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and operations
- Driving change management initiatives in large and complex environments
- Assisting with cost tracking and project performance monitoring (cost management experience is a plus)
- Leveraging project management tools such as Planisware (preferred)
- Supporting client relationship management and stakeholder communication at all levels
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and proposal development
Who You Are
- You are someone who has at least a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field of study; Engineering Management, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degrees are advantageous; Master's degrees are preferred.
- You have 1-2 years working with work package management in a manufacturing and scheduling environment
- Looking for someone with experience with In-Development programs and projects in manufacturing
- Understanding of general work package management in technical and functional applications
- You have 5-8 years of Project Management Experience within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment.
- A comprehensive understanding of Project and Program Management (PPM) principles and methodologies is essential, and it is crucial that you have successfully applied these PMO principles in your previous professional experiences.
- Experience in change management in large and complex environments.
- Cost management experience would be a plus!
- Ability to work well with international coworkers and clients to support France and Great Britain - very high stakeholder management capability
- High technical skill set in methods in tools and understanding an operational environment
- Experience with Project Management technology. Planisware is extremely important (but not required)
- Certifications in Project Management are not required, but highly valued! (CAPM, PMP)
- You must possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills to successfully execute and support the delivery of projects that contribute to the client's growth and competitiveness.
- Analytical skills are your strong suit and you have a rigorous attention to detail.
- You are an excellent communicator, adjusting communication styles based on your audience.
- You are a quick learner, adaptable and can thrive in new environments.
- You are proactive, confident, and engaging; especially when it comes to collaborating with project stakeholders.
