Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED, a global management consulting firm, is seeking a Project Management Consultant to support engineering and manufacturing engagements in Gainesville, TX. The role is hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote, with collaboration across international teams and client organizations.

You will implement PMO best practices, manage work packages, and oversee schedules and dependencies while driving change management and cost monitoring in complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; 5–8 years PM in engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience with PMO principles and frameworks; strong stakeholder management.
• Planisware experience preferred; other PM tools acceptable.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work across international teams (France/UK).

Responsibilities

• Support and implement PMO frameworks within client organizations.
• Manage and coordinate work packages in technical environments.
• Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams for timely delivery.
• Support in-development programs and align across engineering and operations.
• Drive change management and monitor cost and performance.
