Job summary

NYCOA is seeking highly motivated Manufacturing/Compounding Operators to join our team in Manchester, New Hampshire. The role involves monitoring product quality, troubleshooting, and operating manufacturing equipment on a night shift.

Starting wage is $21.60 per hour with a raise to $23.22 after training, plus a $1.50 night shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance after 90 days and 401(k) eligibility after 6 months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Constantly monitor visual quality of product.
• Troubleshoot and correct problems; notify supervisor/maintenance as needed.
• Segregate/rework nonconforming product using knowledge and QC input.
• Record all required data accurately and timely.
• Follow written instructions from logs and MOs, including changeovers and equipment operation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and work with minimal supervision.

Job description

NYCOA is seeking highly motivated Manufacturing/Compounding Operators to join their team in Manchester, New Hampshire. Successful candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment and possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

• Starting wage: $21.60 per hour, increasing to $23.22 once fully trained, plus $1.50 night shift differential

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Constantly monitor visual quality of product.
• Troubleshoot & correct any problems. Notify Supervisor/maintenance if support is needed.
• Segregate/rework nonconforming product using acquired knowledge & experience, as well as input from QC and Supervision as needed.
• Record all required related data accurately and on a timely basis.
• Execute written instructions/procedures from log books, manufacturing orders, etc. including product changeovers, operation of all machinery & equipment as well as priorities and scheduling information.
• Follow good housekeeping procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in a respectful, team-oriented environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school and/or prior work experience in manufacturing or directly related field preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, able to climb stairs, withstand repetitive movement and work in a fast pace environment.
• Able to operate motorized forklift and hand lift.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to read and write English.

Schedule: Full-time, night shift.

Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
