Job summary

Arclin in Wisconsin seeks a Manufacturing Compliance Engineer to verify that manufacturing processes, quality controls, inspections, testing, and documentation are completed as defined. This developmental role supports future Process Engineer or Quality Manager positions.

You will audit processes, perform product and material testing, review QC data, and ensure gaps between procedures and practice are identified and addressed. The site reports to the Quality Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or related field.
• At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver results.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Conduct plant audits and verify required controls.
• Perform product and material testing per procedures.
• Review QC data and production records for accuracy and compliance.
• Document audit findings and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist in training programs and visits to customers/suppliers/labs.
