Job summary

PADNOS seeks a Coach – Manufacturing to lead Team Leaders and Team Members in our facility, guiding material flow from purchase through final production while managing inventory levels. The role requires close collaboration with sales for shipping and a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of supervisory experience, a manufacturing background, and solid skills in MS Excel/Office and OSHA compliance, enabling training, cost control, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or applicable business experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or recycling environment.
• 5+ years supervisory experience and proven leadership skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Leaders and Team Members to safe, efficient operations.
• Direct material flow from purchase through final production and manage inventory.
• Report production, safety, goals, and efficiencies to management.
• Coordinate with sales to ship and receive materials.
• Train Team Members and ensure policy adherence.
• Monitor quality and drive continuous improvement.
