Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Manufacturing Innovation Engineering Manager to drive change management and project execution across Lighthouse Facilities. You’ll champion continuous improvement, optimize new technologies, and disseminate lessons learned from projects.

Expect collaboration with plant SMEs, HQ teams, and OEMs, plus training teams on new processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem solving, and experience managing people and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in change management within manufacturing environments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant SMEs, HQ teams, and OEMs to speed adoption of capital projects.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate change management for process improvements and technology integrations.
• Create communications plans to inform employees about upcoming changes.
• Provide training and support on new processes and technologies to manufacturing teams.
• Monitor Lighthouse initiatives across sister facilities and share best practices.
