Job summary

The Boeing Company in Renton, Washington, is seeking a Manufacturing Change Management Specialist (Level 4) to join the 737 Change Management Team on 1st Shift. You will partner with engineering, supply chain, and fabrication teams to ensure production deliverables for airline customers.

Key responsibilities include developing schedules and change incorporation plans, reviewing change requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and communicating key findings to management.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with change management or baseline management.
  • 3+ years leading or managing projects that involve cross-functional teams.
  • 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus withinernal and external stakeholders
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple deliverables and working in a team environment
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • 3+ years of Scheduling experience

  • Work and/or collaborate with engineering design, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, materiel fabrication processes

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a MANUFACTURING CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (Level 4) to join the 737 Change Management Team in Renton, Washington, on 1st Shift. The candidate will partner with various engineering, supply chain, fabrication teams to ensure production deliverables are met for the airline customers.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience with change managementorbaseline management
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involve cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus withinernal and external stakeholders
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple deliverables and working in a team environment
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • 3+ years of Scheduling experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years related work experience or/and equivalent combination of education andexperience
  • 5+ years of experienceutilizingtools such as ACMS, CDS, IBEX, ETAC, and Tableau
  • 3+ years of Boeing Production System experience

Summary pay range:

Level 4: $119,850 - $162,150
