Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a hands-on manufacturing associate to set up and operate cell equipment, inspect parts, and follow detailed procedures to complete production. The role includes maintaining records, assisting in training, and communicating issues to the team to meet customer expectations.

Candidates should be able to work across molding, machine operation, assembly, painting, and inspection as needed, with a high school diploma and relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read diagrams, blueprints, specifications and work orders.
• Experience with tooling setup and calibration on production machines is preferred.
• Strong attention to quality and accuracy in production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and work orders to determine material needs and assembly steps.
• Set up, align, and secure tooling and materials on machines and fixtures.
• Enter settings, calibrate equipment, and record production data.
• Perform quality checks and verify dimensions using measuring tools.
• Rotate through multiple production tasks to meet customer needs.
• Maintain safe, orderly, and clean work environment.
