Job summary

Pharmavite is seeking a Project Engineer to lead site capital projects, partner with manufacturing teams, and deliver equipment improvements that add business value across the network. You will develop expertise in the assigned equipment area and ensure robust project documentation and testing.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, applying lean tools (3P, value stream mapping), and guiding projects from concept to commissioning while managing risk and timelines.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred or 5 years of technical manufacturing experience with HS/GED.
• Experience in production environment delivering mechanical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of site tactical capital projects using Pharmavite PM processes.
• Provide equipment support and act as SME for major projects.
• Develop knowledge to be equipment Subject Matter Expert in assigned area.
• Create and maintain equipment specifications for projects.
• Design equipment requirements with cross-functional teams using lean tools.
• Ensure commissioning, FAT & SAT testing documentation.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ as needed.
• Forecast and manage risk for equipment/technologies.
• Identify and justify equipment capital projects for site plans.
• Maintain project schedules and report progress.
• Lead capital aspects of New Product Development projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
