Job summary

AIRSYS North America, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Buyer to support procurement and supply chain activities at our Woodruff, SC facility. This role manages the full Procure-to-Pay process, ensuring materials and services are purchased, received, and paid on time to support production schedules.

The buyer acts as the primary liaison with suppliers and internal teams to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and capacity, while maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement in procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and purchasing processes; ERP/MRP experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Procure-To-Pay process from requisition to supplier payment readiness.
• Review requisitions, validate requirements, and convert to purchase orders.
• Maintain PO records in ERP and monitor supplier commitments.
• Coordinate receiving, invoicing, and payment with Accounts Payable.
• Drive cost savings, supplier performance, and compliance.
• Support inventory, production planning, and MRP activities.
• Develop supplier relationships and resolve supply issues.
