Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Sanford, Maine is seeking a Buyer/Planner to keep manufacturing moving forward. The role focuses on purchasing materials and coordinating production plans to ensure on-time operations.

Salary ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 per year and this is a direct-hire opportunity with standard Monday–Friday hours. Epicor ERP experience is a plus, and associates degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience purchasing production materials in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems; Epicor experience preferred.
• Associate degree preferred and ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Purchase production materials and supplies to support manufacturing operations
• Create, monitor, and close production work orders while maintaining ERP/MRP system data
• Prepare production schedules, expedite purchase orders, and resolve transaction issues throughout the manufacturing process
