Job summary

Catapult is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer/Planner in Charlotte to support purchasing and material planning in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, planning, and supply chain, and can manage PO creation, supplier communication, and ERP data maintenance.

Responsibilities include monitoring material needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring materials are available to meet production and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, material planning, inventory, supply chain.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders for materials and services based on planning requirements.
• Manage purchase orders from placement through receipt and supplier coordination.
• Coordinate quotes, lead times, and delivery dates with suppliers.
