Responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating materials, handling order inquiries, maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with sales, production, quality, and logistics to align procurement with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or buying within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers effectively.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Two years of experience in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, components, and supplies to support manufacturing operations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, lead times, and procurement status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review purchase orders, contracts, and pricing agreements for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve supply chain disruptions and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, quality, and logistics teams to align procurement with business needs.
