GNB Global Inc. is seeking a full-time Buyer – Manufacturing to support the Material Manager and Production teams. You will procure materials, create POs, monitor deliveries, and maintain ERP data to ensure materials align with production schedules.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of communicating effectively with suppliers and internal departments in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, production control, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of purchase orders, inventory, and material requirements preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a changing production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review purchase requisitions to identify material and production requirements.
• Create and issue purchase orders according to approved pricing, quantities, specifications, and required delivery dates.
• Follow up with suppliers to confirm purchase orders, lead times, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate purchase order information within the ERP system, including pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Receiving and Accounts Payable to resolve quantity discrepancies, damaged materials, missing documentation, and invoice issues.
• Verify purchase orders contain the correct part numbers, revisions, specifications, and project information.
