Job summary

Top Prospect Group is seeking a Manufacturing Business Systems Analyst to administer and configure QMS and PDM, support ERP/MES, and maintain data integrity across critical manufacturing systems.

The role requires data analysis, dashboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain across multiple sites. Travel is expected and ERP/QMS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 7 years of related professional experience.
  • Experience with business intelligence and dashboarding tools for data reporting and transformation, such as Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with relational databases for reporting and troubleshooting, including SQL or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with system integration concepts, including APIs and data exchange between enterprise platforms.
  • Experience administering a Quality Management System (QMS) in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Experience with query development, workflow configuration, and end-user support is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions by developing, publishing, and maintaining dashboards and reports supporting quality metrics, supplier performance, production data, and executive KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for the company’s QMS across all active modules.
  • Configure and maintain QMS module workflows, forms, task profiles, user assignments, permissions, and custom document links.
  • Build and maintain QMS reports and dashboards supporting multi-site audit compliance, supplier performance, and quality KPI tracking.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations on ERP/MES enhancements, upgrades, and data governance.
  • Support integrations between ERP/MES and third-party systems through APIs and other data exchange methods.
  • Administrate Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, including user access, workflow configuration, folder permissions, and system health.
  • Evaluate new tools and system enhancements and provide business cases and implementation recommendations.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to business systems and applications.
  • Support end users across quality, operations, and supply chain functions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials as applicable.
  • Support cross-functional quality and operations improvement projects focused on cost reduction, process optimization, and customer satisfaction.
