BluFox Mobile is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our U.S. market operations. The role centers on implementing the right processes and practices, formulating strategy, and ensuring compliant, efficient, and profitable operations.

You will mentor team members, optimize inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and store compliance, and drive improvements to customer service and overall performance across the market. Travel may be required to support deployments and openings.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operations management and organizational effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel.

The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the market. The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
