Job Summary

Under supervision, support all departments through the troubleshooting and maintenance of primary and secondary equipment.

Essential Function

On-site regular, reliable attendance is required. Troubleshoot all primary and secondary equipment inside and outside of the building. Be able to start up and shut down molding, stamping, and assembly equipment as needed. Perform and document scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment inside and outside of the plant.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to read schematics and possess a good understanding of electronics, hydraulics, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Training and Experience

• 5 years hands‑on experience in a plant maintenance role.
• Proficiency with Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Training on inspection equipment.
• Blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001‑2008 and ISO 13485‑2003.
• Understanding of quality policy.
• Commitment to safety.
• Familiarity with MSDS – Right to Know.
