Job summary

Mount Kemble Search Group is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to support advanced manufacturing operations on the production floor. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment and robotics.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Basic electrical controls troubleshooting and RCA experience.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment.
• Collaborate with robotics and machine vision systems on operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical docs.
• Assist with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Provide support for basic PLC controls troubleshooting.
