Your expertise in troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading production machinery will play a crucial part in our continued commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols, GMPs, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Uphold food quality and safety standards in accordance with Safe Quality Food requirements.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts during equipment malfunctions, collaborating with the production team to identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct maintenance, testing, and upgrades of all production equipment, and handle installation and testing of new machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automation issues, focusing on component and wiring faults.
• Calibrate and test equipment to guarantee performance accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Assist in PLC system upgrades to enhance production efficiency and safety.
• Modify programs for system optimization and safety improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Provide training to team members on PLC functions and troubleshooting techniques.
