Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a technical support, maintenance, or production role.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and external I/O devices.
• Diverse fabrication skills including lathe, mill, drill press, and welding.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication; able to train others.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software; Print Factory/Wasatch/Esko a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach and train production staff on equipment operation, setup, and maintenance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance with the Maintenance team.
• Support automation solutions and prepress workflow across digital and physical processes.
• Develop measurements for equipment utilization and quality control.
• Document process sheets, safety checklists, and training materials.
