Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
Experience applying lean six sigma and DMAIC.
Experience with change management principles.
Robotics and PLC automation experience.
Knowledge of cGMP and FDA/ISO quality systems.

Responsibilities

Specify, procure, install, and implement manufacturing equipment and automation.
Upgrade automation equipment for safety and obsolescence management.
Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems and process controls.
Investigate failures using structured problem solving and CAPAs.
Perform FMEA and assess equipment/process risks.
Design experiments, validation protocols, and data analysis.
Improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Maintain SOPs, specs, validation plans, risk assessments.
Support CGMP compliance and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project execution.
Ensure safety, ergonomics, and operator considerations in design.
Support engineering changes in Agile PDM systems.
Communicate with vendors and partners.
Contribute to continuous quality improvements.
Demonstrate professional conduct and accountability.
