Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience as engineering technologist or in a related technical role.
• Ability to work in a Penicillin/Cephalosporin facility.
• Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the site daily.
• Management or engineering-related field; relevant certifications considered.
• Project management capability, coordinating technical tasks and supporting engineering initiatives.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies (preferred).
• Experience with CAD or 3D design tools (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot equipment and implement improvements to enhance reliability and performance.
• Diagnose and repair automation systems including PLCs, servos, robotics, HMIs.
• Manage medium to large technical projects and ensure timely completion.
• Provide engineering support within project teams and process improvements.
• Install, validate, and implement equipment modifications with proper documentation.
• Investigate root causes of issues and recommend practical improvements.
• Perform hardware and software updates and maintain specifications.
• Prepare SOPs for electrical and mechanical control systems.
