Qualifikationen

• CPA and a 4-year degree are required.
• Five years of audit experience are required.
• Experience with manufacturing clients is preferred.
• Strong technical audit and accounting foundation is expected.
• Ability to lead audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Proven ability to manage engagement teams, budgets, timelines and client relationships.

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and other services to middle market clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand goals and challenges.
• Test internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Manage fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing.
• Develop leadership skills and mentor staff within the engagement team.
• Cultivate client relationships and contribute to firm growth.
