Primary Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing (And Owning Like a Pro):

1. Run machinery and equipment like a pro, keeping production moving efficiently and safely.
2. Assemble, inspect, and package our cabinets with precision to meet top-tier quality standards.
3. Keep the production line running smoothly by monitoring workflow and minimizing downtime.
4. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and strict safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
5. Perform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets excellence before shipping.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance efficiency and safety.
7. Bring fresh ideas and participate in continuous improvement efforts to boost productivity.

Qualifications & Required Skills

What We’re Looking For:

1. Previous experience in manufacturing or production; in cabinetry is a plus—but a strong work ethic is a must!
2. A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work with speed and accuracy.
3. A willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions with precision.
4. Team-player mentality with the ability to work independently when needed.
5. Basic mechanical know-how and problem-solving abilities and tape measure reading.
