Job summary

Golden Pet Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Associate on multiple shifts to support production. You will work on the line with manual handling, load/unload, and assist in packaging while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires physical fitness, ability to lift up to 60 lbs in some areas, and the flexibility to work in cold and wet environments. Team collaboration is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach with hands and stoop/kneel when required.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment (35°-45°F).
• Comfortable working in a wet environment.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds in certain areas.
• Strong teamwork mentality and eagerness to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Show dedication to safety and quality protocols.
• Prepare raw materials for production including unwrapping or breaking materials.
• Move product to and from the production line by hand and with a hand pallet jack.
• Load and unload product throughout the production line; sort finished products to meet quality standards.
• Assist in packaging: dump products into hoppers, fill boxes, and palletize completed boxes.

We're Looking For A:

Manufacturing Associate

Opportunities available on:

• 1st shift (6AM-2:30PM)
• 2nd shift (2PM-10:30PM) *Shift premium
• Day shift (6AM-6PM)
• Night shift (6PM-6AM) *Shift premium

What You'll Be Doing:

• Show dedication to safety and quality protocols.
• Prepare raw materials for production which includes unwrapping or breaking materials apart.
• Move product to and from production line by hand and occasionally use non-motorized equipment, such as a hand pallet jack.
• Load and unload product from various areas throughout the production line, including placing pans onto racks and moving into the freezer. You will also be responsible for sorting finished products, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.
• Assist in the packaging process which includes dumping products into hoppers, filling boxes with finished packaged bags, and placing the completed boxes onto pallets for shipment.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Comfortable working in a wet environment.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
