Job summary

Revance is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support all activities related to producing products and meeting production assignments in a timely manner. You will assist the supervisor, mix chemicals per a recipe, document batches, and maintain logs on a busy manufacturing floor in a temperature-controlled facility.

Responsibilities include keeping the area clean, ensuring equipment is sanitized, and helping on the production line while following cGMP and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Some knowledge of metric system.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Consistent and punctual attendance.
• Quality driven with good attention to detail; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in all production activities according to batch records.
• Maintain up-to-date journal logbooks.
• Ensure utensils are cleaned and washed after use.
• Keep area neat, clean, and orderly.
• Help maintain smooth production flow on the line.
• Inventory chemicals and raw materials monthly or as needed for inventory control.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Comply with cGMP procedures and SOPs.

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Associate plays a key role in assisting in all activities associated with the manufacturing of products and to ensure production assignments are met in a timely manner.

• Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor
• Location: Johnson City TN
• Schedule: 4x12 Weekend Nights
• Hours: Friday-Sunday 6PM-6AM

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in the day to day operations of the manufacturing department.
• Assist in mixing all chemicals needed for products using a recipe determined by Crown Laboratories documenting each batch used.
• Assist in all activities associated with the production of products in accordance with the issued batch record.
• Assist in keeping journal logbooks up to date
• Assure all utensils are cleaned and washed after using.
• Keep area neat and orderly.
• Keep production process flowing smoothly, helping as needed on production line.
• Inventory all chemicals and raw materials in manufacturing area at the end of every month or as needed for Inventory Control.
• Assist in other departments or areas as needed.
• Conform to all cGMP procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

• Three to five years experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Some knowledge of metric system.
• Punctual and consistent attendance.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be quality driven with good attention to detail but also be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift approximately 80-100 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position requires extended periods of standing and walking on a manufacturing floor environment. Protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, gowning) must be worn as required. The role operates in a temperature-controlled pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs may be required. Must be available to respond to critical shift issues outside of scheduled hours on an as-needed basis.
