Job summary

Revance in Johnson City, TN, is hiring a Manufacturing Associate to support daily production activities and ensure timely completion of manufacturing assignments.

The role supports the Manufacturing Supervisor, handles batch preparation and documentation, and maintains clean, organized production areas in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in day-to-day operations of the manufacturing department.
• Assist in mixing all chemicals for products using a recipe and document batches.
• Follow batch records to produce products and maintain logs.
• Keep journal logs up to date and ensure utensils are cleaned.
• Maintain neat, orderly production area and ensure smooth production flow.
• Inventory chemicals and raw materials monthly or as needed for control.

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Associate plays a key role in assisting in all activities associated with the manufacturing of products and to ensure production assignments are met in a timely manner.

Employment Details

• Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor
• Location: Johnson City TN
• Schedule: 4x12 Weekend Nights
• Hours: Friday-Sunday 6PM-6AM

Responsibilities/Essential Duties

• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in the day to day operations of the manufacturing department.
• Assist in mixing all chemicals needed for products using a recipe determined by Crown Laboratories documenting each batch used.
• Assist in all activities associated with the production of products in accordance with the issued batch record.
• Assist in keeping journal logbooks up to date
• Assure all utensils are cleaned and washed after using.
• Keep area neat and orderly.
• Keep production process flowing smoothly, helping as needed on production line.
• Inventory all chemicals and raw materials in manufacturing area at the end of every month or as needed for Inventory Control.
• Assist in other departments or areas as needed.
• Conform to all cGMP procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.

Basic Qualifications

• Three to five years experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Some knowledge of metric system.
• Punctual and consistent attendance.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be quality driven with good attention to detail but also be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift approximately 80-100 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position requires extended periods of standing and walking on a manufacturing floor environment. Protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, gowning) must be worn as required. The role operates in a temperature-controlled pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs may be required. Must be available to respond to critical shift issues outside of scheduled hours on an as-needed basis.
