Job summary

GPS Jobs is hiring Manufacturing/Production Associates for a local U.S. manufacturer. Pay is $17.00/hr with 1st, 2nd, Overnight, and Rotating Shifts available. Temp-to-Hire opportunity with benefits after hire: medical insurance, life insurance, and 401(k).

Responsibilities include measuring, cutting, assembling, packaging, loading/unloading, operating production equipment, and quality checks. Forklift experience is a plus; drug screening and background check required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, fabrication, or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret basic drawings.
• Lift and move 50+ pounds regularly; work indoors and outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble, and package products.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials.
• Operate production equipment and perform quality checks.
• Read work orders, drawings, and tape measures.
• Assist with fabrication, warehouse, and shipping operations.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and material-handling equipment.
• Stock materials and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance.
