Zusammenfassung

Our client, NATIND, is seeking a Production Operator in Covington, OH. This in-person role offers an overnight shift, full-time hours, and benefits starting on day one.

You will operate and monitor production equipment, conduct in-process testing, troubleshoot issues, assist with cleaning and rework, and ensure safety protocols are followed in a noisy, hot/cold, industrial environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions.
• Comfortable operating computer systems and applications.
• Capable of safely performing physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 55 lbs, working at heights, standing for 10+ hours).
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work rotating and overnight shifts.
• Willingness to work in environments with noise, heat, cold, and industrial equipment while wearing required PPE.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, FDA controlled, other controlled regulatory agencies, or cGMP packaging or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Your day-to-day as a Production Operator:
