Job summary

TekWissen® Group in Phoenix, AZ is hiring for a manufacturing associate on the 2nd shift (M-F, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. This role focuses on maintenance, cleanliness, PPE compliance, and production floor tasks to ensure a controlled environment and product integrity.

You will perform autonomous maintenance, CTB labeling, packaging, and participate in 6S, GMP, QMS, and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time, lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance including cleaning equipment and workstations.
• Perform Autonomous Maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain appropriate gowning requirements, such as hair nets, beard covers, and gloves.
• Follow proper procedures to ensure a controlled environment and product integrity.
• Perform Content to Box (CTB), labeling and shrink wrap.
• Maintain 6S, Quality, and Safety standards.
• Engage with continuous improvement activities, including problem identification, data collection, and suggesting improvements.
• Conduct visual inspections and ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to Managing Daily Improvement (MDI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
