Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) seeks a Manufacturing Associate for an onsite, 12+ month contract in New Albany, OH. The role involves performing complex manufacturing processes in a GMP environment on a rotating 12-hour night shift, with documentation in electronic batch records (EBR).

The ideal candidate will follow SOPs, support the assembly team, perform equipment prep and cleaning, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of work or military experience, or an Associate's degree.
• Ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Basic knowledge of GMP.
• Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.
• Strong team player with a record of good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Routinely perform manufacturing processes according to SOPs
• Support the assembly team with duties including moving totes, large scale solution prep, and batching
• Perform cleaning, steaming, and preparation of manufacturing equipment
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in electronic batch records (EBR)
• Work effectively with the team to meet production goals

Job Description

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for an Onsite position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in New Albany, OH. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves performing moderately-complex to complex manufacturing processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within a GMP environment. The position operates on a rotating 12-hour night shift (6:00 PM to 6:30 AM). The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with the ability to follow procedures and maintain clear documentation in electronic batch records.

Responsibilities:

• Routinely perform manufacturing processes according to SOPs
• Support the assembly team with duties including moving totes, large scale solution prep, and batching
• Perform cleaning, steaming, and preparation of manufacturing equipment
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in electronic batch records (EBR)
• Work effectively with the team to meet production goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED with 1 year of work or military experience, or an Associate's degree
• Ability to follow procedures accurately
• Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system
• Strong team player with a record of good attendance

Desired skills:

• Biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, preferably in solution preparation
• Understanding of Electronic Batch Records, DeltaV, and LIMS
• General manufacturing experience

Pay range: up to $23.35per hour
