Job summary

KX Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Press Operator / Machine Operator to assemble mechanical units and sub-assemblies. You will read blueprints, set up and operate light automation equipment, and monitor quality while meeting production schedules.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work overtime as needed. This role requires basic math, reading English SOPs, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate light automation equipment independently.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and write in English for production documentation (SOPs, Lot Control, etc).
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery, parts and computers.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain complex light automation equipment with minimal supervision.
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of manufacturing processes.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Train new team members.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
