Qualifications

• Read and interpret production paperwork, blueprints, and measuring tools.
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Maintain safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce building products according to work orders, layouts, and specifications.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and conformity to specs.
• Set up workstations and prepare materials for production runs.
• Move items to staging areas and assist with changeovers as needed.
