Job summary

Qualifications

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Ability to read and write in English for production documentation.
Basic math and measuring skills.
1+ year working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining good housekeeping.
Train and work in all areas of production.
Perform relief duties in all areas of production.
Maintain quality requirements per company standards.
Label and seal packages and palletize.
Operate production line machinery and computers.
Communicate issues related to paperwork, materials, products and equipment to management/team leaders.
Cross-train in other Work Centers as needed.
Participate in Lean or process improvements initiatives.
Support Supervisor to improve productivity and efficiency.
