Parker Hannifin Corporation in Hudson, New Hampshire, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate III responsible for ensuring productivity and quality in a LEAN environment. You will set up machines, inspect materials, and participate in high-performance teams.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, a High School diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.25 to $27.5, along with comprehensive benefits.
Reporting to the Production Manager and Value Stream Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the department's productivity and quality goals are met. As a leader in integrity and quality, the Manufacturing Associate III is part of a cohesive team manufacturing high-quality products. This diverse and exciting role cross trains in different value streams based on the changing needs of the business. You will interact fluidly with peers, supervisors and cross‑functionally work with Quality Control, Logistics, and Process Engineers. At Parker, you will cultivate a strong culture by participating in High Performance Teams and operating in a LEAN environment.
Position Details: This role is set to start on May 11th, 2026. In this position, you will work from 6:00AM - 2:30PM EST.
