Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Manufacturing Associate II at the O’Hara site in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on advanced mechanical assembly of medical devices, quality control, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience in medical device or technical assembly.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced changes and work in a team.
• Knowledge of quality systems policies preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assemble circuit boards, wiring harnesses, and mechanical units using appropriate tooling.
• Perform automated testing and QC measurements per GMP/SPC.
• Collaborate with leads, supervisors, and engineers to resolve line issues.
• Assist training of trainees and document quality/test results.
• Support process improvements and lean initiatives.
