The Manufacturing Associate II serves as a key point of contact within the Warehouse Department, providing guidance and support to new, temporary, and full-time team members with general questions, job methods, and daily warehouse processes.
The Manufacturing Associate II helps communicate information between team members, senior associates, Supervisors, and upper management while supporting the daily workflow of the Warehouse Department. This role helps ensure assigned areas remain organized, properly stocked, and operational throughout the shift.
During non-peak periods, the Manufacturing Associate II also performs hands-on warehouse responsibilities, including picking orders, restocking inventory, receiving materials, supporting inventory control, and assisting with other warehouse functions as needed.
1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Must have flexibility to work 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM when needed to support closing or receiving operations.
Peak season schedule may vary based on business needs.
Additional duties, responsibilities, and skills may be required based on individual department needs.
The expected salary range for this position is $16.50/hour. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
