Job summary

Bayer is hiring an Manufacturing Associate I for Indianola on the first shift (6am–2:20pm). The role involves assembling radiology products, precise packaging, inspection, and data capture to ensure high quality and safety.

Training is provided for career advancement within our manufacturing teams. We offer generous time off, medical benefits, educational assistance and a yearly bonus, with a salary of $16.00 per hour.

• Comfortable with entry level math skills (adding/subtracting), reading and processing information.

Responsibilities

• Assembling of radiology medical products that are used to diagnose health care challenges when contrast is used for CT scans.
• Thoughtful packaging of products to ensure our high quality standards are maintained.
• Inspection and validation of excellent manufacturing.
• Cross training to enhance skillset and support the shift team.
• Being a team player in collaborating with others to enhance our capabilities, problem solve challenges identified and retain a clean & safe work environment.
• Capturing data regarding product quality and traceability.
• Leading with safety, quality and delivering for our customers as our guiding principles.
