Job summary

Bayer is seeking motivated Material Handler in Indianola, PA, on 2nd shift (2pm-10:20pm) with a 3 eight-hour shift schedule. The role includes loading/unloading, packaging, and SAP transactions, with strong safety and quality focus.

Starting pay is $17.50/hr with a $2.00 shift differential and up to 5% annual bonus; full benefits and education assistance are offered, with about 120 vacation hours and 128 holiday hours annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Able to operate independently and work in a team.
• Demonstrate problem solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Able to quickly learn new IT systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow all documented processes and procedures.
• Maintain physical transport of materials and complete SAP transactions with PPE and material handling equipment.
• Finish product packaging using visual work instructions per regulatory requirements.
• Complete all required steps to receive and ship material.
