Job summary

Oldcastle APG is hiring a Manufacturing Associate to assist machine operators and production teams. You will help with maintenance, cleanup, yard work, and material handling while following safety procedures. The role requires basic reading and arithmetic, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and reliable attendance.

Pay is $20–$21 per hour, with a $2 per hour differential for graveyard shifts. Benefits include 401(k), short- and long-term disability, and nine paid holidays per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to follow company production and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Regular attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist designated operator and production team with tasks.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; follow safety rules.
• Operate machinery as trained and use hand tools.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and in shipping/receiving documents.
• Verify loads and maintain inventory counts.
• Support shift production preparation and equipment handling.
