New Generation Wellness is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for the 2nd shift in Colorado Springs, CO 80905. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, cGMP-compliant workspace, supporting production operations, and providing a clear path to a Manufacturing Technician role.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of related experience. You must be able to lift 50 pounds, wear PPE, and work well in a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• 2nd shift with differential; Mon-Fri, 2:15pm-10:45pm.
• Work in a cGMP manufacturing environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of manufacturing areas.
• Update sanitary log with date and initials.
• Prepare cleaning agents and sanitize all rooms.
• Relabel drums and containers and record tare weights.
• Assist compounding with liners and room cleanup.
• Inventory gowns, gloves, and related PPE.
• Support training on SOPs and equipment cleaning.
