Job summary

New Generation Wellness in Colorado Springs is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Technician I to operate production equipment and monitor the line, performing quality checks on tablets, capsules, gummies and powders.

You will work 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm) or 2nd shift (3:15pm-12:45am), learning SOPs, GMPs, and batch records, while supporting a full-cycle manufacturing process in a fast-paced facility with strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• 0+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to follow SOPs, GMPs, and Batch Records.
• Able to follow directions and communicate information both written and verbally.
• Able to use basic math calculations and operate a calculator.
• Able to disassemble and reassemble equipment.
• Works collaboratively in a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and monitor the production process.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure standards.
• Follow SOPs and cGMPs and fill batch records.
• Support 1st and 2nd shift operations and maintain safety.
