Job summary

Stewart Glass is seeking a Manufacturing Associate (General Laborer) to join our fast-paced facility in the United States. The role supports production activities, operates assembly line equipment, and ensures safety and quality standards across shifts.

The position is full-time, hourly, with night and day shifts and a 4-on/4-off schedule. Overtime is available; pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assembly line equipment to ensure efficient production flow.
• Use hand tools and power tools for fabricating and assembling components.
• Assist in loading/unloading materials using forklifts with safety.
• Inspect machinery and tools to ensure proper functioning.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and work areas.
• Follow safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
