Stewart Glass in Logan, Ohio, is hiring a Manufacturing Associate (General Laborer) to support the production team in a fast-paced facility.

You will operate assembly line equipment, use hand and power tools, handle materials with forklifts, and help maintain safety, quality, and orderly work areas to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and forklifts is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE (GENERAL LABORER)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associate (General Laborer) to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be comfortable working with various tools and equipment. This role involves supporting production activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe work environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES

Production Schedule

• Night Shift 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (shift differential for nights)
• Day Shift 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• All Shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off
• Each employee gets roughly 104 OT hours paid at 1.5x base rate per year with 4 on 4 off schedule. Breaks are paid and considered ON-DUTY.
