Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. is seeking a Production Associate in Moraine, OH. This full-time non-key position involves post safety, TPM, 5S, and completing assigned jobs on 4-10 hour day/night shifts.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, with on-the-job training offered. English is the language of the workplace; physical requirements include lifting up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, but training provided.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, engineers, leadership, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow the workshop manager and shift supervisor instructions.
• Perform assigned tasks and report problems to technicians or supervisors.
• Handle post abnormalities in production and report results promptly.
• Clean, manage, and ensure safety of post, tooling, and equipment.
• Understand post environmental factors, hazards, and control methods.
• Implement required documents from the integrated management system.
• Store post wastes by categories.
• Be familiar with post MSDS and emergency procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
