What You Will Achieve:

The Production Associate I is an entry-level position responsible for performing production activities related to HTM products, adhering to SOPs, MBRs, and cGMP procedures in both general lab and Class 10,000 clean room environments. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Human Tissue Manufacturing.

How You Will Achieve It:

  • Perform tasks such as layer separation, cleaning, spreading, cutting, milling, and packaging under supervision, following quality and safety regulations.
  • Prepare media for production processes.
  • Review batch records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain equipment records.
  • Follow safety policies, including bloodborne pathogen handling.
  • Manage supply inventory as scheduled.
  • Write deviation and CAPA reports as needed.

What You Need to Achieve It:

  • Biotechnology certificate preferred but not required.
  • 1-3 years relevant experience preferred.
  • Aseptic technique and clean room experience a plus.
  • Ability to operate lab equipment and perform general lab techniques.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged standing or sitting.
  • Communication with team members.
  • Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, or fingers.
  • Pre-employment physical and lift test required.
