Job Title: Manufacturing Associate (Contractor)

Duties

1. Participate in process validation activities and ongoing manufacturing for client in a new multi-product manufacturing facility.
2. Develop a suitable understanding of Client's GMP manufacturing process(es) and be able to skillfully execute and troubleshoot them.
3. Review and complete documentation to support production activities, including batch record events and management of forms and labels on the production floor.
4. Conform to established safety procedures in accordance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies.
5. Develop a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level understanding of Client's GMP manufacturing process(es) and be able to skillfully execute and troubleshoot them.

Skills

1. Strong attention to detail.
2. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
3. Experience in aseptic operations required.
4. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment requiring gowning including a face mask.
5. Background in BSCs, isolators, aseptic gowning, and qualification is strongly desired.
6. Experience with batch record execution and good documentation practices.
7. Physical ability to sit, stand, walk regularly, and occasionally lift 20-25 pounds.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment with a degree in science or a related technical discipline, OR 3+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience with a high school diploma.
