Job summary

Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery on the overnight 7p–7a shift in Streetsboro, OH. This full-time role includes hands-on work, training you to operate high-speed bindery equipment, and opportunities to grow with a stable printing company.

We’ll train you if you have no bindery experience. You’ll work with a team to meet daily production goals, lift up to 50 lbs, and participate in a safety‑conscious environment with comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience required; training provided.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• High school Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, workplace, and safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic math skills, add/subtract, and ability to use a measuring device
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team

What We’re Looking For

• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
